Ouh La La was first established as an exclusive lingerie store in Haywards Heath in 2006. Stocking only the most exquisite and exclusive brands, Ouh La La now supply a growing number of loyal and discerning customers worldwide through their online store.

The brief

In 2019, Ouh La La wanted to grow their business and offer their luxury products through an online store. Firstly, SIPL worked closely with Ouh La La on creating an online brand identity and how the business represented itself visually to its customers focusing on luxury and friendliness through their branding.

Once Ouh La La’s brand identity was established, we worked on building their website from scratch. Our brief was to create a clean and professional website that was easy for customers to navigate. Selling lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and activewear is extremely complex as there are a huge range of sizes and styles to consider. Ouh La La wanted their customers at the front and centre of everything they did, so the availability of products, sizes and colours was critical. SIPL provided creative stock management solutions to deliver customer the maximum choice. SIPL also worked on creating a simple and easy check out experience, giving customers the choice of many payment options including Paypal, Klarna, Amazon and Apple Pay. Trustpilot was then set up and added to the website, enabling customers to read past reviews which then helps them to trust the company and shop with confidence. We also provide our marketing services to Ouh La La such as strategy, PPC & SEO, social media and email campaigns.

Ouh La La has been successfully trading and growing for the past 3 years, selling their beautiful lingerie to over 75 countries worldwide.
